- Minimum 1 dedicated EV parking bay
- Access to 3-phase electrical supply (≥ 32A per charger)
- Stable broadband or 4G internet connectivity on site
- Clear signage space visible from the main entrance
- Site accessible ≥ 16 hours/day (ideally 24/7)
- Landlord or freeholder consent (for leased premises)
